Our Italian team has organized a Webinar to present their report on ‘The Legal and Policy Infrastructure of Irregularity in Italy’. Building on the concept of ‘irregularity assemblage’, the report critically analyses national political and legal devices and practices that contribute to the production and reinforcement  of various forms and dynamics of ‘irregularity.’  The study examines these infrastructures of irregularity, taking into account the intersection of migration, labour, and welfare regimes, exploring their effects on the daily lives and working conditions of migrant people and their families.
